End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Abadi Finance Connector (the "App").

1. Private use

The App is a private tool developed and operated by Ruben Abadi solely for managing a personal QuickBooks Online company. No license is granted to any other person or organization.

2. QuickBooks data

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data only through Intuit's official APIs and only with the explicit OAuth authorization of the company owner. Access can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online account settings.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is responsible for verifying any data the App reads or writes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

This Agreement may be updated at any time; the date below shows the latest version.
